Sree Harsha Madabhushi is a General Manager at Jio, an enabler and facilitator with expansive and action-oriented skills. Sree has a diverse professional background, having worked with companies such as Red Ventures and Premier, Inc. As the Director of Data Engineering at Red Ventures, he led the data architecture strategy to transition from an on-prem-based to a cloud-based telephony system. He also architected and implemented end-to-end Spark Graph Processing to stitch customer interactions across verticals. At Premier, Inc., he provided MDM solutions to master patient, provider, and member data and helped develop an in-house MDM tool comparing to IBM Initiate. Sree has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Engineering Design from Amrita School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechatronics (Mechanical Engineering) from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology. Sree's tech stack includes AWS, Data Engineering, Spark, Data Warehouse, Big Data, Data Scientist, ETL, Scala, and Apache Hive. He has supervised the creation of standard data structures for reporting, data analytics, and data science initiatives. He has managed change tracking, incident, and retrospective meetings while guiding and empowering teams to enhance their overall output and experience.
